Hello suns!! how's everything going? Hope you're all great and having a wonderful week!

Lest week lost of thing happened to me and i'm still amused how they went!

On Jan 19th my first solo Expo was Opened! i couldn't believe it! Lots of friends and old school mates came to see my illustrations, everything was so emotional! I can't still believe it happened and i'm more than happy how i've started the year! :-)

This image above is one of the big pieces in the Expo, it's a girl - deer! :-) It was inspired by the wonderful Sasa! Once i was placing illos in their places i though! i must do something for my wonderful friends, so they can visit the expo, so i prepared this digital tour for you to see! Not really well done but hope you like it! I will be so honored if you can give me some advices for further works! Thanks!

Hello my dears!! Happy 2012!

Sorry for being so OUT lately but i'm REALLY busy getting ready an expo i will host in Badalona (a city next to Barcelona) this very January (on the 13th to be exact). So, i'm freaking out because i think all the thing i have do not worth it and well! :-D <- i'm drawing like crazy!!!

I'll show you the poster once they give to me! If everything goes well, expo's name will be Bonjour! and will have a compilation of all my last year's works (and lots of new ones!)

Hello dears! How have you been? Are you having nice times with friends and family! :-D

As for me, i've been eating so muuuuuch! i need urgently go on a super strict diet!! :-$

Those days luckily i'm again busy with some commissions! yahiiiii!! My desire for this year: BECAME a FULL TIME ILLUSTRATOR! i can do it!!! :-DD

This is a wonderful commission i did for my friends Marta and Noe, and their little family! :-D Aren't they cute? I also adapted this illo for their mobile phones blackberry and iphone! :-) I know they did like it a looot! *happy dance!*

As for more news, i'll be holding an expo in Barcelona this JANUARY! i'm so excited! and also very nervous because i'm really doubting what can i do! i've been thinking on continue the series of pop /music divas! What do you think??? I need your advices!!

For me i had a wonderful weekend, i meet Ecojot ambassadors (they were on a vacation in Barcelona). The story had the beginning because i saw some Ecojot notebooks in Barcelona but not any agenda, so i sent a picture to Ecojot creator Carolyn Gavin and she told me Sylvia and Raymond would bring me one in their vacation time! How wonderful those things are?!

I'm still so excited and happy about meeting them, they were such wonderful and caring people!!

Today, i wanted to share tribute for my dear doggie Muqui, he died last may 26th.

Since then, i wanted to do something like this, because i want to print it and have it on my wall but i've had small commisions and haven't had enough time. But today i made it!

He was my only prince, 16 years of company and inconditional love.

I just can't miss him more.

Offtopic: Forever 21 Store open in Barcelona

I was really hyper about the opening of the famous store in Barcelona (REALLY close of my workplace = HELL). So, i just convinced some friends (and make them get up early) to stay in queue for the opening!

It was such a really cool experience (i really had a good time!!) Starbucks gave us free coffee to help us stand the bad weather too! :-D thanks! <3

As you can see, i've found a notice in the Barcelona tv channel with a video i could paste in my blog! So, here it is:

My dears! How are you all?

Sorry for being so out of line, i'm kinda out almost all the day and my work is getting really tiring! I want to be here with you!! :-(( (but remember i'm on twitter!! ;-) )

I'm taking motorcicle classes so i will go and come back from the office faster and dedicate more time to the wonderful world of illustration (what i'm missing so badly everyday).

You know Ti-igra? She's a wonderful and lovely artist living in Ukraine (Kiev). We found each other by blogs, and we just connected. Isn't it magical when it happens? :-)

So, we talk about doing something special for Xmas, and we though that a 50% Catalan/Ukrainian postcards should be fantastic!! And this is what turned it out!!

I made one of Ukrainian Koliadky (caroling) where people is dressed as showed at picture!! And another one of Catalan tradition Tió de Nadal (you have to hit a piece of wood with face to get candy! *-*)

I feel sad at the same time because i've got to leave illustration in a second therm, as it has been all my life... and this fact, annoys me and makes me want to cry!

But i have to be strong and keep working on both things, sure i'll achieve what i want! *gimme power!!*

Back from NYC!!

How have you been? Hope you wee doing great!! I missed a lot seeing your works and commenting you! I've to do a research now because i don't want to miss anything of you! :-DD

As for me, everything went awesome! NYC is a huge city with huge cars and buildings! i was SO amazed because americans do it huge! I also fell in love with american people, they were too charmy and kind and caring! Got good experiences and wouldn't mind come back again! :-D

I came with lots of ideas, a pai of books to search for in amazon because every single unit i found was damaged! :-( I'll share it with you in my next post for sure! :-D But, there're some pictures for you until then:

So, yesterday, once i left JFK i arrived to Geneve, and see where i went:

Right! MONTREAUX! it was such a great place (soooo expensive!!!) but awesome!

I'll go back rest another time but i'll leave you with one pic of the halloween parade i attend in NYC, yes! we're the ghostbusters!!!! That was soo funny, people were singing the title song to us and we were dancing everywhere! Newyorkers: you ROCK!

You remember my yesterday's post about the new collabo for Amelia's Magazine, an article about a brand new shop Bobbin Bicycle in london that repair all the old bicycles! :-D

It's really amazing for me making collaborations and drawings for illofriday or amemag's... also having commisions like the one in Greetings Island, everything is making me feel so complete!

Sorry for not being active those days but i catch a cold and i'm sneezing 22 hours a day! :-(

I wish i get well soon because i'm leaving to NYC next monday! :-DDDD!! it's my first time there! i'm soo nervous! :-DDD
